  • Domestic Purchases (Brazil): We accept returns for products with manufacturing defects or order errors. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product to obtain instructions on the procedure.
  • International Purchases: We do not accept returns for purchases made outside of Brazil. Therefore, we ask that you carefully review all product information before finalizing your purchase.

Important:

  • Returned products must be in the same condition as when received, showing no signs of use, and with original labels and packaging.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued according to the payment method used, after the product has been verified.
