Domestic Purchases (Brazil): We accept returns for products with manufacturing defects or order errors. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product to obtain instructions on the procedure.

International Purchases: We do not accept returns for purchases made outside of Brazil. Therefore, we ask that you carefully review all product information before finalizing your purchase.

Important:

Returned products must be in the same condition as when received, showing no signs of use, and with original labels and packaging.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued according to the payment method used, after the product has been verified.
